Every tutor must provide proof of their academic background and tutoring history. We verify these documents through a mix of manual and AI screening to guarantee credibility. For your peace of mind, you can also book a trial session to see if the tutor's style suits your needs before committing.
You can pay the tuition fees directly to our platform via the following electronic payment methods: 1) FPS (轉數快) Please transfer to our designated corporate bank account. 2) PayMe Simply scan our official QR code to complete the payment.
Registration is completely free. A referral fee is only charged once a tutor successfully establishes a tutoring arrangement with a student. This fee is borne by the tutor, and students or parents are not required to pay any additional costs. This ensures a transparent and fair service for all users, allowing tutors to only pay a commission after successfully securing a student.
The platform reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from each successfully matched case. The fee amount is equivalent to the tuition for the tutor's first two (2) lessons. Should the number of regular lessons or total tutoring hours increase for any reason, the administrative fee will be adjusted proportionately to reflect this increase. Tutors acknowledge and agree to this adjustment and shall raise no objections. The administrative fee is charged only once per student case. Note: If the total number of lessons for a case is two (2) or fewer, the administrative fee will instead be calculated as 50% of the total tuition fees.
